SPECIAL LABEL ADHESIVES

Traditional pressure sensitive labels are made from a permanent adhesive coated onto a paper face sheet. An example is a normal shipping label as UPS uses. Our products are engineered for harsh applications. Examples of these are paint block labels, rating plate labels, high heat labels(1,000 degrees), extreme environment labels that must survive outside weather conditions for two years or more.
Our labels must withstand extreme manufacturing processes, excessive exposure to low temperatures and some must be chemical and abrasive resistant. Therefore, we engineer a label solution through an intelligent discussion of your application. Consequently, a product solution is made to the specifications of the job application. This is the value we provide you.

EXTREME HEAT Aluminum Foil Tags and Labels

Aluminum foil tags and labels are a durable source for product identification. They can withstand temperatures of up 621°C (1150°F) and can handle the harshest environments.

UL Approved
We manufacture UL approved product labels both on our HP Indigo Digital and Mark Andy presses. Short run UL labels are no problem.
UL - Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) is an independent, non-profit product safety testing and certification organization. They have been testing products for public safety since 1894. Any product that carries the UL mark is a listed, recognized, or classified product. A product carrying the UL mark has been checked by an Underwriter Laboratories’ team of experts at its manufacturing facility and found to meet the requirements.
